Every drop of our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is the result of patient waiting and knowledge passed down through generations. We produce exclusively certified balsamic vinegar, made from cooked must of typical Modenese grapes, grown in our territory and processed using traditional methods.

Our production follows the strict DOP regulations, ensuring a superior quality product, aged in precious wooden barrels such as mulberry, chestnut, cherry, oak, and juniper. Time does the rest, giving our balsamic complex aromas and an unmistakable structure.
