Every visit to Origine 1977 is a step into our daily story.
We don't run standardized tours. We welcome you into our vinegar cellar, tell you how Valerio started the first barrels in 1977, and let you taste the balsamic vinegar right beside the barrels that have been working for nearly fifty years some built with cognac wood dating back to the nineteenth century.
An authentic experience, in Italian or English, for small groups. Because traditional balsamic vinegar cannot be explained: it must be listened to, smelled, tasted.

Our main experience
You will enter the acetaia where everything begins. We will tell you the story of Origine 1977, from the first barrel started by Valerio in 1977 to the batteries awarded the Batterie d'Eccellenza recognition in 2024 and 2025.
You will walk among the barrels, learn to recognise the fragrance of different woods, and taste our vinegars from ALISA and ANNE to the Affinato and Extravecchio discovering how time transforms every drop. You will also taste our single-wood condiments in cherry, juniper and oak, and understand why each wood tells a completely different story.
